Reason #21753467 I Love My Father
- Dad: You should probably eventually fix your hood, bumper, and door handles.
- Me: Do they affect the car's ability to go?
- Dad: No, they don't affect performance but they affect resale.
- Me: Dad, think about what you just said and relate it to my use of things. In all honesty, I will drive that car until it simply does not go any longer and repairs can't make it go any longer.
- Dad: Ah, yes, the "does it work" principle.
- Me: If I wanted to blow money on something useless, I'd develop a crack habit. I'm going to bed.
- Dad: Night!
